Patrick Sullivan

Patrick Sullivan has accumulated several years of experience in the construction industry. Patrick began their career in 2009 as a Construction Management Co-op at Malcolm Pirnie. In 2011, they joined Grace Industries LLC as an Assistant Estimator before moving on to T.B. Penick & Sons/Triton Structural Concrete Inc. in 2013. At T.B. Penick, Patrick served as a Project Engineer for a sitework project at the World Trade Center. Patrick later advanced to the role of Project Manager, overseeing a new rooftop park project at the World Trade Center that involved heavy coordination with other prime contractors. In 2016, Patrick joined Consigli Construction Co., Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager.

Patrick Sullivan attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to their degree, they received the OSHA 10 certification from OSHA in June 2013 and the EIT certification from NYSED in October 2011.
