Spencer Hohn

Spencer Hohn has a diverse work experience spanning both the construction industry and the US Army. Spencer currently holds the position of Senior Lean Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., a role they have held since June 2023.

Prior to their current position, Hohn worked at JE Dunn Construction as a Senior Lean Specialist from December 2021 to April 2023. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of Lean practices on projects valued up to $180 million and trained 14 project teams on Lean principles. Spencer also developed company-wide training for over 4,000 employees, trade partners, and customers.

Hohn's previous experience includes working as a Lean Manager and Project Engineer at Flintco, LLC from July 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they oversaw the implementation of Lean practices on over 77 projects and trained over 800 company employees, trade partners, architects, and owners on Lean practices. Spencer also trained and mentored over 75 Lean coaches within the company. Additionally, they worked as a Project Engineer at Flintco, LLC from May 2016 to February 2020, where they managed and tracked labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor unit costs and developed and managed project budgets.

Hohn's earlier experience includes serving in various roles in the US Army from 2010 to 2016. Spencer held positions such as Team Supervisor and Program Manager, Senior Personnel and Program Manager, and Program Administrator. In these roles, they trained, evaluated, and coached organizations on critical tasks, supervised and planned training for new employees, and coordinated operations and training for over 1,000 employees. Spencer also conducted quality assurance and control on construction sites, supervised all company operations, and managed construction equipment for the company.

Spencer Hohn's education history spans several institutions and fields of study. In 2000 to 2002, they attended Mitchell Technical College, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. After a few years, in 2008 to 2009, Hohn enrolled in Columbia College, earning a Bachelor's degree in General Studies. They continued their education at Columbia College in 2015, completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration/Marketing. In the same year, Hohn also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Geological Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Military Geological Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2012.
