Pablo Ricaud

Pablo Ricaud is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in diverse sectors. As Founder and CEO of Rising Farms since February 2020, and Executive Chairman and Board Member of the award-winning Mexican high-end distillery La Insoportable since October 2020, Pablo has demonstrated leadership in launching and scaling businesses. Notably, Pablo led La Insoportable's Series A funding round. Additional roles include Board Member positions at Macropay Oficial and Consigna, a platform revolutionizing the Latin American art scene. Prior to these ventures, Pablo served as Vice President for Latin America at Arc Labs, managing operations and international business development, and held various positions in business development and analytics at Yave, PayJoy, and Grupo IGS. Pablo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, completed in 2017.
