Instauré en 2001, Consignaction est un organisme à but non lucratif relevant de l’Association québécoise de récupération des contenants de boissons (AQRCB) et ayant pour mission de promouvoir le système de consigne québécois afin de maximiser la récupération des contenants de boisson consignés, dans une optique de réutilisation et de recyclage.
