Dominique Boudreau

Dominique Boudreau is currently the Directeur des opérations at Consignaction, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Dominique accumulated extensive experience in the hospitality industry, notably serving as the National Training Director at Cora Restaurants from 2015 to 2017 and as the Sous-Chef de cuisine at Pilsen Pub from 1999 to 2003. Dominique also worked as the Chef de cuisine at Café Massawippi from 2003 to 2006 and briefly held the role of Director of Operations at MTY Food Group in 2023. Dominique earned a DEP in Cuisine d'établissement from Centre de formation professionnelle 24-juin between 1996 and 1998.
