Bruce Moats

Bruce Moats is a Manager in Digital Forensics and Expert Witness Services with extensive experience in cybercrime investigations, including cyber-fraud, identity theft, and child exploitation. Currently, Bruce manages expert witness services at Consilio LLC, overseeing digital forensic investigations and mentoring junior staff. Previously, Bruce served as a Forensic Computer Analyst with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and as an ICAC Investigator at the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Sam Houston State University and has been trained by the United States Secret Service through the National Computer Forensics Institute.
