Johan Botha

Johan Botha is a seasoned legal and operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Consilio LLC since August 2017, Johan has previously held the position of Senior Vice President EMEA Operations at Legility until December 2021. Earlier in the career, Johan was a Senior Director at Inventus (formerly UNIFIED) and a Senior Case Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills. Additionally, Johan spent over a decade as a Case Manager at Clifford Chance LLP and began a legal career as a Senior Public Prosecutor at the Department of Justice in South Africa. Academically, Johan holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law from King's College London, a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP Law School, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa, and a Baccalaureus Iuris from the same institution.
