Matt Sumrack

Matt Sumrack is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management. Currently serving as SVP of Global Talent Acquisition & Shared Services at Consilio LLC, Matt previously held various leadership roles at Bridgestone Americas, including Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing operations across multiple sectors. Prior experience includes leading the Warriors to Work Program at Wounded Warrior Project, where Matt managed national teams and exceeded key performance indicators. Earlier roles involved talent acquisition, team leadership, and career counseling at organizations such as ReadyPoint Systems, teknetex inc, and Baker College. Matt holds an Executive Master of Human Resource Management from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Baker College, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
