Robert Polus

Robert Polus currently serves as a Consilio Shareholder at Consilio LLC, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this, Robert was the Founder and CEO of Xact Data Discovery (XDD), which Robert established as Xact Duplicating, Inc. in 1994, leading the company until May 2021. Robert's earlier experience includes roles in business development and training at Legal Matters from 1993 to 1994, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Imperial Equity from 1990 to 1993, and Vice President of Sales at Regency Development Company from 1986 to 1990. Robert is an alumnus of Winona State University.
