Stephen Shragg

Stephen Shragg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and consulting fields. Serving as the Director of Discovery Consulting at Consilio LLC since August 2003, Stephen has also been the Owner and Chief Operating Officer of StaffworkX/Black Tie Event Services, Inc. since June 2015. Prior to these roles, Stephen held the position of Senior Litigation Paralegal at Irell & Manella LLP from January 1996 to August 2003, and owned Oak Litigation Support Services from January 1995 to January 1996. Earlier career experiences include roles as a paralegal at D.G. Brookes, Inc., Heller Ehrman, and Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s degree in Architecture from UCLA.
