Simon England

Simon England is the Head of Business Development at Consilium Broking, part of the Aventum Group, where they lead efforts to support brokers in expanding their businesses. Previously, they served in various business development roles at QBE European Operations, Brit Insurance, Chubb Insurance, NIG Commercial, and Barbican Insurance Group. Simon began their career at Kettlethorpe High School, where they completed their education before progressing through the insurance industry.
