We present a unique vision for society as a harmonious ordering of natural and artificial associations united in freedom, peace and solidarity.

We are on a mission to use technology and innovation to power an economy in which societies stakeholders will thrive connected through a common propose.

We strive for a collaborative creation, production, distribution, trade and consumption, of goods and services that leverages technology and knowledge to empower society, to trade excess capacity in economic utilities with the use of smart contracts facilitated by an Open Marketplace Platform, in which members mutualize Infrastructure benefits by linking the value of the e-Utilities to the underlying technologies and sciences that support society and all its stakeholders.

Our goal is to collectively research and develop special knowledge and know-how (Intellectual Property) and provide legal and financial certainty generated by a Sustainable Assets Ecosystem. Stakeholders will be remunerated for performing work, either passive (generating data), or active (writing code, or developing industrial designs) with our native digital currency that can be exchanged in open markets. Each marketplace has its own e-Utility for each consisting industry generates value for the marketplace, for Stakeholders and Associate Partners. In return for that value, Stakeholders in Poverty gain access to Universal and Basic, e-Utilities.

The Stakehold is an equity instrument, carrying ownership interest build on Turing-complete blockchain, decentralized protocol offering a Smart Dividend and Voting Rights.
