Robert Tibbs

Robert Tibbs has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Robert is the Founder, Board Chair, and CEO of ConSol USA Inc., a minority-led and certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that provides technology and operational services to corporations, with a focus on cybersecurity and data analytics. Robert also founded and served as the Chairman and CEO of Kayden LLC, a private family investment and advisory company that focuses on strategic business and corporate development globally. Additionally, they were the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Forbes Digital Commerce, a global cloud-based payment and solutions provider. Robert founded Africa Venture Partners, a venture capital firm based in Johannesburg, which focused on telecommunications technology and related ventures in sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Robert also founded Accelon (Pty) Ltd, a satellite broadband company that provided services to West African countries and was eventually acquired by Dimension Data of the UK.

Robert Tibbs attended SUNY Polytechnic Institute from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Behavioral Sciences.
