Travis Gresens

Travis Gresens is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in engineering, administration, and support of information systems and services. Currently serving as NOC Engineering Manager at Consolidated Communications since July 2021, Gresens previously held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Patterson Companies, Inc. from October 2015 to March 2021, and served as IT Coordinator at Eastern Illinois University from April 1998 to September 2015. Gresens possesses expertise in managing projects within Information Technology Systems Customer Service and has a strong technical background in solving complex problems while consistently delivering effective solutions. Educational qualifications include a BS in Career and Organizational Studies from Eastern Illinois University, an Associate in Applied Science in Network Administration from Lake Land College, and another Associate in Applied Science in Management from Lake Land College.
