Christopher Howard

Chris has more than 35 years of experience in structural design, structural assessment, strategic planning, and project management. His portfolio of projects includes new bridge and bridge widening/repair/rehabilitation design; load ratings; construction management inspections; building designs; above/below water bridge inspection; historic bridge analysis and rehabilitation; and statewide historic bridge surveys. He is an FHWA-certified National Highway Institute instructor and three-time Instructor of Excellence awardee, delivering vital training to the transportation workforce. Chris has been with the firm since 2007 and has led many of the firm’s bridge design, repair, and inspection projects in Florida. Chris manages the firm’s Jacksonville office and oversees the structural design group in Florida.
