David Hebert Pe

David Hebert, PE has extensive work experience as a Civil Engineer and Project Manager. David started their career in 1994 at the South Carolina Department of Transportation as a Civil Engineer. David held this position until January 2023. In January 2023, they joined CONSOR Engineers as a Project Manager, a role they currently hold.

David Hebert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina from 1988 to 1993.
