Gavin Keating P.e.

Gavin Keating, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Gavin began their career as a Student Engineering Assistant at Caltrans in December 2011, where they gained experience in project estimation, coordination, and inspection. Gavin worked at Caltrans until December 2015.

In 2016, Gavin joined Truebeck Construction as a Project Engineer, where they managed various construction projects involving architectural concrete, structural concrete, and terrazzo. Gavin was responsible for tasks such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, subcontract management, and coordination with multiple subcontractors. Gavin also oversaw owner billing for a contract valued at over $100 million. Gavin worked at Truebeck Construction until August 2017.

From September 2017 to June 2018, Gavin served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Davis. Gavin then joined PZSE Structural Engineers, Inc. in August 2018 as a Design Engineer, where they worked until September 2019.

Currently, Gavin is employed at CONSOR Engineers as an Assistant Engineer since September 2019 and was promoted to Associate Engineer in October 2020.

Gavin Keating, P.E. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Davis, which they obtained in the period from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico, graduating in the years 2011-2015. Gavin also obtained the Engineer-In-Training certification from the State of California in April 2015.
