Greg Jellison is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation and project management. Currently serving as the District Manager for Washington Transportation at CONSOR Engineers since October 2023, Jellison previously held significant roles at PBS Engineering and Environmental, where responsibilities included Principal Engineer and Engineering Division Manager from April 2016 to August 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Principal Engineer at HDJ – A Division of PBS, and HDJ Design Group, coupled with prior roles as Engineering Manager at Kittitas County Public Works and Engineer II at Clark County Public Works. Jellison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, completing studies in 1988.
