Heather Melcher

Heather Melcher is currently a Partner and Vice President of Environmental Permitting and Planning at CONSOR Engineers. They have extensive experience in ecology, having served as a Principal and Senior Ecologist at Golder, where they led teams in environmental impact assessments and worked closely with regulatory agencies. Heather's background includes roles at CBCL Limited and Southeast Environmental Association, focusing on environmental planning and water quality projects. They hold a B.Sc. in Biology from Laurentian University and an M.Sc. in Applied Marine Science from the University of Plymouth.
