Jamie James, PE, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Water Resources Lead at CONSOR Engineers since October 2023. With a distinguished career in civil and hydraulic engineering, Jamie previously held various leadership roles within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, including Deputy Chief of the Planning, Programs, and Project Management Division, and Chief of the Programs and Project Delivery Branch in the Nashville District. Jamie's extensive background includes managing hydropower asset rehabilitation programs, overseeing engineering services as the owner of James Civil Engineering, and serving as Vice President at James + Associates. Jamie started career duties as a Hydraulic Engineer focused on flood hazard mitigation and analysis and served as an Operations Specialist First Class in the US Navy. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Public Works Engineering and Management from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee State University.
