Jeffrey Rowe

President, Structural Assessment at CONSOR Engineers

With 27 years of experience, Jeff is a structural engineer with expertise in above and below water bridge and waterfront facility inspection, structural design, and construction engineering. He has performed structural inspections in a multitude of environments worldwide for federal, state, and local government agencies. He is certified as a surface-supplied air diving supervisor by the Association of Diving Contractors International. Jeff is an award-winning FHWA-certified instructor for the National Highway Institute, having developed and taught a multitude of courses related to bridge inspection and management. He has designed structures both domestically and internationally including portions of the Panama Canal. He has presented papers related to structural inspection to the national Transportation Research Board and at industry conferences. He also taught and lectured as an adjunct professor at both The Citadel and Clemson University on a variety of engineering topics. Jeff enjoys running, swimming, and cycling, as well as spending time with his wife and seven children, which include a set of spontaneous triplets.
