Jim Clements

Jim Clements is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CONSOR Engineers since September 2024, Clements previously held significant roles including Co-Editor in Chief at Secrets of Home Theater and High Fidelity since January 2009, and Senior Service Leader at Westwood Professional Services from September 2021 to August 2024, where oversight of drainage design for major transportation projects in Texas was a key responsibility. Clements has also served as Senior Project Engineer at Foresite Group, President and CEO at GMK Engineers, Vice President at KFW Engineers & Surveying, Division Manager at the City of San Antonio, Director of Infrastructure Engineering at URS Corporation, Branch Manager at LNV Engineering, and Senior Engineer at the City of San Antonio. Clements holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Engineering Technology from San Antonio College.
