Joshua Gray

Joshua Gray, PE, CCM, PMP, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for CMAA South Carolina and is the Membership Committee Chair, having been a founding member of the chapter since January 2025. As Vice President of CONSOR Engineers in South Carolina since October 2021, Joshua has previously held various leadership roles, including Treasurer of the Civil Engineers Club of Charleston and Director of Programs and Director At Large for the CT CMAA. With a strong background in construction management and engineering, Joshua has managed field staff and quality services as the Director of Construction Services & Deputy Office Manager at Urban Engineers, and has extensive experience in infrastructure project management through previous roles at GM2 Associates, Dokken Engineering, and DYK, Inc. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego in 2005.
