Mark Forest possesses over four decades of experience in water resources engineering, currently serving as the Water Resources Technical Services Director at CONSOR Engineers since February 2024, specializing in flood control planning, floodplain management, and hydraulic modeling. Prior to this role, Mark held various senior positions at HDR from 2004 to 2024, including Sr. Business Class Leader for Surface Water Hydrology and Hydraulics, where Mark contributed to global floodplain management practices and technical leadership. Additional experience includes leadership roles at WRC Nevada, Harding Lawson Associates, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, and other firms, with a strong focus on floodplain mapping, drainage design, and hydrologic studies.
