Michael Dukes

Michael Dukes, P.E. serves as Vice President and Central District Manager of Structural Assessment at CONSOR Engineers, where leadership of the Structural Assessment team in the Central Region has been a primary focus since January 2010. Michael also acts as an NHI Lead Instructor for various bridge inspection courses and has contributed to the 2024 Underwater Bridge Inspection Reference Manual. With extensive project management experience in routine and complex bridge inspections, Michael has previously held roles such as Director of Underwater Engineering Services and Dive Supervisor/Office Leader. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, along with a Master of Science in Engineering & Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.
