Nate Clements is a Technical Practice Leader in Hydrometeorology with over 18 years of experience as a Hydrometeorologist and Senior GIS Analyst. Currently, Nate leads technical initiatives at CONSOR Engineers, having previously worked at HDR. Their expertise encompasses gauge-adjusted radar rainfall, flood forecasting, and climate resilience projects, supported by a strong foundation in meteorology and GIS. Nate holds a BS in Meteorology and an MS in Atmospheric Science from Texas A&M University.
