Patrick Cassity

Patrick Cassity is the President & CEO of CONSOR Engineers, a New Mountain-backed, 1,800-person infrastructure engineering and advisory firm with 90+ locations across the US and Canada. They also serve as President of Cassity Infrastructure Consulting, LLC, bringing more than 35 years of infrastructure industry experience to their current leadership. From 2023 to 2025, they were Vice President, Infrastructure at BrandSafway, where they led a four-year growth initiative and established an additional $100 million per year in infrastructure construction opportunities. Their prior roles include leadership positions at J. Muller International (USA), Parsons Corporation, Patrick Engineering, and EXP, with experience in project management, bridge engineering, and infrastructure construction. They are enrolled in the Advanced Management Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
