Rob Melsheimer

Rob Melsheimer, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in roadway and civil design. Currently serving as a Senior Roadway Design Engineer at CONSOR Engineers since 2024, Rob previously held prominent roles at T.Y. Lin International as Lead Civil Engineer and Senior Civil Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as LA Metro railyard expansion and BART staff augmentation. Additional experience includes positions as Project Engineer at TRC Companies, Inc. and Harris & Associates, where Rob managed utilities investigations and led design efforts for major arterial projects. Earlier roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff and David Evans and Associates involved research, design, and traffic control plans. Rob holds a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
