Spencer Penn Eit

Spencer Penn, EIT has worked at CONSOR Engineers since 2020 as a Bridge Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at CONSOR Engineers from 2017 to 2018 as a Transportation Intern, where they assisted in the development of transportation plans and helped with signal design. In 2017, they also worked at Varsity Tutors as a Math/Physics Tutor, where they provided peer support and tutored mathematics and entry-level physics. From 2012 to 2016, Spencer worked in the United States Marine Corps as a Facilities Manager, overseeing repair and maintenance of military facilities, and as an Aviation Supply Manager, managing aeronautical inventory. Spencer started their career at Paragon Landscape Construction Inc. in 2006 as a Landscaper.

Spencer Penn, EIT, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College between 2012 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Spencer has obtained several certifications, including a 10-Hour OSHA General Industry certification from the U.S. Department of Labor in January 2015, a Computer Operator certification from the same institution in May 2014. Spencer also holds a Logistics/Embarkation Specialist certification from the United States Department of Defense, although the specific date of attainment is not provided.
