Mike Baker

Mike Baker is the Head of Finance at Consortia, overseeing the Accountancy and Finance division since 2012, with a focus on connecting professionals with suitable projects and roles. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Senior Finance Consultant at Hays from 2011 to 2012, specializing in the recruitment of Corporate Governance and Audit professionals for commercial organizations in the South West of England. With extensive experience in both interim and permanent placements, Mike has led various recruitment campaigns, including advertising, competency-based interviewing, and short-listing. Mike holds a Bsc Hons in Computing from the University of the West of England, completed in 2011.
