Consortium for Children (CFC) was founded specifically to serve children in the public child welfare system.  CFC believes every child and youth has a right to a secure, safe, and permanent home.  CFC’s programs provide an opportunity for public and private child welfare agencies to collaborate in an effort to evaluate the quality of services for foster children, youth, and their foster and adoptive families.
