David Stutzman

David Stutzman is the President of Conspectus, Inc., a leading independent specifications consulting firm in the construction industry since September 1992. Stutzman has also served on the Board of Directors for the Architectural Glass and Metal Certification Council since April 2018 and for the Construction Specifications Institute Philadelphia Chapter since July 2009, where efforts focus on improving communication and collaboration among construction professionals. Previous leadership roles include President of the Specifications Consultants in Independent Practice and Member of the Board of Directors for the Construction Sciences Research Foundation. Stutzman has extensive experience in the field, having begun as Assistant Chief Specifier at United Engineers and previously owned Focus Collaborative, Inc., the largest independent specification firm in the U.S. Stutzman holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Miami University.
