Scott Weber

Scott Weber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Scott started their career as a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX from 2004 to 2006. Scott then joined the US Navy as a Leading Petty Officer from 2009 to 2015, where they managed a team and equipment worth $50 million. In 2015, they worked at Premium Web LLC as the COO, Sourcing and Development, where they analyzed products, developed sourcing techniques, and managed buying requests. In the same year, they became the CEO of More Bass, a social music and event platform. In 2016, they founded Constant Concepts, a premier design and development agency, and served as the CEO. Additionally, they joined Thunderbird Field II Veterans Memorial as a Board Member in 2018, contributing to the preservation of aviation history and supporting educational initiatives.
