Jeff Ho is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in data services. Currently serving as the Engineering Lead for Data Service at Constant Contact since September 2021, Jeff Ho built an overseas engineering team in Taiwan following the acquisition of Retention Science in 2020. Prior to this role, Jeff Ho worked at Retention Science from February 2016 to August 2021, progressing from Data Engineer to Senior Software Engineer, contributing significantly to large-scale data processing systems and microservices. Jeff Ho's career began with an internship at Texas Instruments in mid-2014, where development and testing of financial reporting systems drastically improved processing time. Jeff Ho holds a Master's degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from National Taiwan University.
