Penny ️ Walker

Penny Walker is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of art, cultural property, and private equity. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Art & Cultural Property Law Group - Constantine Cannon LLP since September 2021, Penny has been providing legal expertise as a Legal Advisor and General Counsel at Campbell Lutyens since November 2010, where responsibilities include managing legal risk, advising on capital raising for multi-billion-dollar funds, and delivering solutions to complex legal matters. Previously, Penny held the position of Director, Legal at Barclays Capital from May 2002 to November 2010, leading the private equity investments legal team. Penny Walker holds a Master of Arts in Art Business from Sotheby's Institute of Art and both an LLB (Hons) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from the University of Otago.
