Currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Constantinople since January 2022, Macgregor has pioneered an innovative operational platform for banks. Previous roles include Governor at Centennial Parklands Foundation, Non-Executive Director at Australian Business Growth Fund, and Chief Development Officer at Westpac, where responsibilities encompassed corporate development and digital banking initiatives. Macgregor's career also includes leadership positions at The Orogen Group, Better Place, Goldman Sachs, and Debevoise & Plimpton, alongside a foundational role as Associate to Justice Michael Kirby at the High Court of Australia. Macgregor holds advanced degrees from Harvard University and Princeton University, as well as dual first-class honors degrees from the University of Adelaide in Law and Arts.
