Matt Daugherty

Matthew Daugherty serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Constella Care and holds the role of Executive in Residence at Juxtapose since November 2024. Daugherty has been an Investor at Eye Medical Clinic since October 2017 and co-founded BD Health Ventures in December 2016, where Daugherty currently serves as President. Previous executive roles include Executive at Valtruis and Senior Vice President of Product Development at agilon health from August 2020 to June 2024. Daugherty was Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of naviHealth HouseCalls, overseeing its acquisition by Optum.
