WHO WE ARE?
We are Constellar Consulting. A one stop solution for all the content and training related requirements. With over 1.5 decades of experience in Training consulting and outsourcing services, our team of Learning Consultants, Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, and Quality Analysts ensures to give you the best-in-class service.

WHAT IS OUR PHILOSOPHY?
We believe that learning can happen anytime, anywhere, and through a variety of experiences. Hence, learning need not be confined to a particular mode or framework. Instead, creating variety of learning experiences can address the typical limitations of eLearning and classroom trainings. A thoughtful categorization of content followed by designing suitable learning experience focuses on providing “experiences” and not just “training”.

WHAT IS OUR DIFFERENTIATOR?
We follow a hybrid approach that is a blend of Agile and ADDIE. Our approach guarantees stakeholder agreement on the end-product since all of them are involved right from the beginning and during each sprint. It also saves the project teams from surprises in the end.

The highlights of Constellar’s Agile ADDIE model:
>> Prescriptive Approach: With thorough and expert analysis of the learning gaps, our Consultants prescribe an approach that addresses the learning needs.
>> Quick adaptation: Though we follow traditional and proven ADDIE model, we adapt our engagement model to the exact phase of the requirement ensuring client satisfaction.
>> Optimization: Our team of content and visual designers puts in their knowledge and experience to optimize the development process and achieve shortest turnaround time.
>> Consultative mindset: We encourage consultative mindset throughout the development cycle and do not confine it to the Analysis phase.
>> Result-oriented strategies: Our learning design experts are committed to design the content such that it achieves the learning as well as business objectives.
