Leonardo Simões

Leonardo Simões has extensive maritime experience, having held various positions in the offshore industry from 2011 to the present. They started their career as a Cadet at DOF and progressed to roles such as Deck Officer with Siem Offshore do Brasil and Solstad Offshore ASA. From 2015 to 2018, Leonardo served as Comandante, DPO, and Imediato with Constellation Oil Services. Currently, they hold the position of IMT, 1ON, and SDPO at GRUPO CBO - Companhia Brasileira de Offshore, where they have worked since 2021. Leonardo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Sciences from Escola de Formacao de Oficiais da Marinha Mercante and is currently pursuing further specialization at CIAGA.
