Raphael Fagner is a seasoned maritime professional, currently serving as a DPO with Constellation Oil Services since 2024. They previously held the position of Second Mate at Log-In Logística Intermodal S/A from 2019 to 2022 and began their maritime career as a Deck Cadet there from 2014 to 2015. Prior to their current role, Raphael worked as a nautical officer at Wilson Sons from 2022 to 2024. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Sciences from Centro de Instrução Almirante Braz de Aguiar, completed in 2013, and also studied Accounting at UFPB from 2007 to 2010.
