Certified ADHD Life Coach; Presenter at the 2024 International Conference on ADHD, and the 2025 Online International Conference on ADHD. I work with adults, young adults, and parents to learn about their ADHD, and to work together to develop strategies that will help ADHDers thrive! As a retired elementary/middle school teacher, I have expertise in what is expected in the classroom, and use that knowledge to help students with executive function challenges to learn how to get organized, manage their time, and plan and prioritize. I also work with students on study skills. In addition, I have a particular skill in helping ADHD adults to get control of their finances, including budgeting, dealing with debt, and avoiding impulse buying.
