Robert Powers

Mr. Robert (Bob) Powers serves as Constellation’s corporate Chief Financial Officer, based in the firm’s New York office. Prior to joining Constellation, Mr. Powers spent over 25 years holding various leadership roles in finance. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance at Sterling Talent Solutions (Sterling), where he led a global finance team of over 90 professionals accountable for all controllership, tax, treasury, shared services and M&A activities. While in this role, Mr. Powers was responsible for implementing processes that supported company growth from $200 million to $500 million and directing a $1.1 billion leveraged acquisition of the firm by Goldman Sachs. Prior to Sterling, Mr. Powers served as Controller at various publicly traded and private equity owned firms, responsible for financial activities such as financial control, planning and reporting, business analysis and M&A activities, implementing financial strategies, overseeing monthly, quarterly and year end closings and audits. Mr. Powers started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent over a decade within the audit practice. He earned his Bachelors in Accounting from Fordham University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Powers is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
