Constellation is one of the most established equity managers in Brazil, with one of the few portfolio management teams in the country with over 25 years of experience in managing Brazilian public equities. Led by our founder and CIO, Florian Bartunek, the company was founded in 1998 to manage Long Only and Long Biased strategies, following a fundamentally driven investment approach. Constellation is structured as a partnership, with its main shareholders being the executives who work at the firm. In addition to its executives, the company has minority shareholders, including Jorge Paulo Lemann - one of Brazil’s most successful businessmen - and Lone Pine Capital, a highly regarded equity fund based in the United States.
