Garrett Lems

Garrett Lems is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in order fulfillment and procurement. Currently, as an Order Fulfillment Supervisor at Constellation Brands since July 2025, Garrett applies expertise gained from previous roles at Cresco Labs, where responsibilities included Supply Chain Manager and Senior Supply Chain Analyst, achieving significant cost savings and leading major system replacement projects. Earlier experience as a Production Planner at Futaba North America involved managing production schedules and coordinating with multiple stakeholders on complex projects. Garrett's career began with a summer internship at Sedgwick, developing customer service and multitasking skills. Garrett holds a BSBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
