Michael Reitz

Michael Reitz is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience at Constellation Brands since March 2014, currently serving as Vice President, Treasurer. In this role, Michael leads the Global Cash Management and Debt & Capital Market Teams, overseeing the company's capital structure and managing key banking relationships. Notable contributions include facilitating Constellation's $4.0 billion investment in Canopy Growth and implementing a $2.0 billion Commercial Paper Program. Prior to Constellation, Michael held various financial analyst positions at Xerox from June 2008 to February 2014, where responsibilities included service expense allocation and monthly financial reporting. Michael holds an M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo.
