Mike Fleming

Mike Fleming is an experienced executive in the beverage industry, currently serving as Vice President General Manager at Constellation Brands since November 2015. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Chain Sales Director within the Constellation Brands Beer Division from September 2013 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing sales efforts across multiple key accounts in the West Business Unit. Before joining Constellation Brands, Mike served as National Accounts Manager for Crown Imports, LLC from February 2007 to August 2013, overseeing both on-premise and off-premise account management, including major chains like Caesars Entertainment and Stater Bros. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Loyola Marymount University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
