Andrew Meyer

Andrew Meyer currently serves as an Initial License Trainee for Senior Reactor Operator at Constellation, engaging in extensive training to acquire the necessary qualifications for a Senior Reactor Operator License. Previously, Andrew held the position of Organizational Effectiveness Manager at Constellation, where responsibilities included supervising specialists, interfacing with leadership and regulatory bodies, and leading initiatives that resulted in performance improvements. Additionally, Andrew has a robust background in the U.S. Navy Reserve, with roles such as J7 Training Department Head supporting defense planning and as N1 Administrative Department Head overseeing leadership training programs. Andrew’s experience in nuclear operations includes roles at SHINE Technologies as Engineering Manager and Safety Analysis Manager, and previous impactful positions in the U.S. Navy and Koch Ag & Energy Solutions. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
