David Gilbert

David Gilbert possesses extensive experience in governmental affairs and public administration, currently serving as Vice President at Constellation since August 1998. Prior roles include Vice President of Federal Governmental Affairs at Exelon Corp from March 2012 to February 2021 and numerous positions at Constellation Energy Group, encompassing Vice President, Managing Director, Director, and Senior Federal Affairs Representative. David's career began in environmental and public affairs as Director for the California Independent Petroleum Association, followed by legislative roles for Congressmen Cal Dooley and Glenn English. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration with a minor in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
