Douglas Wright

Douglas Wright has extensive experience in the nuclear industry, currently serving as Fleet Training Oversight Manager and previously as Senior Work Week Manager at Constellation since November 2017. Prior roles include Senior Work Week Manager at Exelon Nuclear and Operations Training Manager at Exelon Generation, along with serving as LOR Lead at Exelon LaSalle County Station. Douglas began his career with Exelon as a Senior Operations Instructor, where responsibilities included instructing Licensed and Initial Operations classes and writing NRC Initial Exams. Earlier experience includes roles in sales at CardSMart Systems and Imagetec, as well as being a pilot at Chicago Express. Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, between 1995 and 1999.
