Joe Ricks

Joe Ricks is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with a strong background in industrial electronics, HVAC, and production management. With a diverse career spanning multiple companies, Joe began with a cooperative education internship at Caterpillar Inc. and served as a technician at Super Service Company, where excellent results were consistently delivered in commercial and residential repairs. Joe has held significant roles at Plastipak Packaging and Xpac, optimizing inventory systems and maintaining high-volume production lines. Currently, Joe serves as a Senior Engineering Analyst for Electrical Systems at Constellation, providing advanced technical problem-solving for plant operations. Prior positions at Ring Container Technologies included Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager, and Production Manager, focusing on improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing Principles. Joe Ricks earned an Associate degree in Applied Science from Illinois Central College and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology from Illinois State University.
